Baking Basics: Mini Cheesecake

I had the chance to bake with my friends and this quick experience taught me the basics in baking a Cheesecake. This is a very easy way to bring out the chef in you in 9 simple ways. To start it off, here are the ingredients you'll need:

  • Grahams
  • Eggs
  • Cream Cheese
  • Cornstarch
  • Vanilla
  • Sugar
  • Lemons

1) Begin with making the base of the cheesecakes;
Crush the Grahams in a bowl and add eggs.

2) Mix to achieve a crunchy and firm texture.

3) Create a thin layer in the cupcake molder for the base. 

4) Start making the body of the cheesecake. Add the cream cheese
into a bowl and batter until it softens.

5) Add a small amount of Vanilla syrup, Cornstarch and 
a spoonful of sugar.

6) To give a zesty flavor, add some lemons. Batter.

6) After battering, add some eggs to achieve 
soft creamy cheesecake texture.

7) Batter the mixture until a creamy substance is attained. Mix thoroughly.

8) Pour the mixture into place and bake in the oven for
about 15 minutes or more at approx. 160 degrees.

9) Cool for about an hour or two. The mini cheesecakes shall transform
from these into..
.. these firm, creamy and flavorsome sweet course! When you're having friends over, it is almost impossible to resist these flavorsome comfort food. For a twist, add some chocolate syrup or other delightful toppings.
